I'm pretty sure that's Alfred Molina. Andoni Iraola has no acting credits, he's not even a union member. Plus Raiders was filmed in 1980, and Iraola was born in 1982.

Unless you're saying Alfred Molina is managing Bournemouth, in which case you might be on to something. He is a good actor.
