Sausage, fried egg, grated cheddar, brown sauce.
Obviously white bread would have been preferable, but I only had some grain in the house. Tasty bread, but not ideal for this scenario.

I was up there earlier than expected, so was a bit early for a sandwich. Didn’t want to do it an injustice by buying it and warming it up later. 
 

Plus, looking at their social media and Uber Eats page, it looks like it’ll be priced north of the £10 mark. For a sandwich, albeit a delicious looking one? Not sure I can justify that.

Salad cream is defo better than mayo too. Just thought I’d mix it up and regret it now.
