The silver lining in that sad fact is that ot shows a team can be fixed from one season to the next with the right buys and good coaching.

 

I was at Anfield when we battered them 4-0 last season and they looked absolutely hopeless, as bad a Man Utd side as have ever seen at Anfield - even when they were shite they always fought like dogs against us - same as we did v them when we were shite...but they were hopeless last season.

 

Here they are now just a few months on and some key changes made and they are a different proposition...Hopefully we can fix our problems too.
