Rumour at work was that a FOD cover was left in on an air intake. We reckon that's bullshit because they're big red covers to ensure that they aren't missed.

Surprisingly the pilot in this is Martin Pert. Just finished as RED 1. Not sure what happened to cause this but I'll bet once those flames were in view, his underwear would've been a disgrace.

Nah the one I saw was literally coming in to land from a hover and forgot to put his wheels down. Deffo something I'd do.
