Ardja's only win came against me in a game I should have won about 4-1 according to Xg. 

 

The team just need to trust the process. 

 

@Bruce Spanner please do not saying anything to any of my players, as morale is in the balance at the minute, however, should I want to completely break up the team and also play a different formation from Jan, is this possible or is formation locked in.
