They've announced a legends match against Ajax.  If it's basically our mid-nineties team against theirs, we're boned!

The Liverpool squad in that pic contains a lot of great players. 8 of whom won the English league and/or the European cup. The issue is that Fowler and Jones are probably the only ones that peaked in the mid 90s.

Grobelaar

Jones Wright Molby Nicol

McManaman Whelan Thomas Barnes

Rush Fowler.

Not bad at all. Lock most of the other cunts in the pictur, in the dressing room, while the game is going ahead.

Klopp is incredible, we are so privileged to have him as our boss.

Beautiful isn't it absolutely nothing fake about it just a manager and his players trying to bring some Christmas joy to wonderful kids going through a hard time .

It brings a tear to my eye every year

The Alder Hey stuff with both Liverpool (and Everton) is amazingly heart-warming. The resilience of the kids and their parents, and the incredible hard work of the hospital staff deserves to have a positive pay-off, and I'm glad the players and club staff recognise that by just being there they can lift everyone's spirits. If that leads to a small improvement in a sick child's condition, that can only be a help.

Not something that gets mentioned too often, but we have a biracial captain and a biracial vice-captain.

Nothing too sneeze at when you remember “Liverpool are white” chants back in the 80s.
