Hes a scientist specialising in ethics is sports.  After the Forstater case his views are protected so if he does get fired the OU is in trouble.  He knows what he’s doing.  I think he was also part of the panel that led to world rugby banning TW from womens rugby. They concluded you could have fairness and safety or inclusion. Not all three. And yet still…
