So a man who has made homophobic remarks in the not so distant past was quietly going to drop plans to ban conversion therapy after 'committing' to banning conversion therapies but after an uproar quickly backtracked and is now going to ban conversion therapies.

 

So that's 2 u-turns in a matter of hours. Setting new records.
