Dry Cleaners have effed up my suit

Fuckin Johnsons.

I had a coat that was dry clean only so chose them. Thing came back ruined. They owned up to it but said it wasn't their fault but the manufacturer's. They had apparently followed the 'garment's cleaning instructions'. They further advised me to take it back to the shop (barbour) where it was bought and show them. Which I did as it was just along the street. The shop admitted liability and I got a full refund as the style was discontinued.

Loved that coat. Wore it all over the country for years watching 'our thing'.

Just been in and had a chat with the manager. He says that they have shrunk, but that as the suit a certain amount of 'give' in it they can press it again and they will fit. Obviously I rejected this as I'd have to keep going back to the cleaners and ask them to stretch the trousers, and they were perfect when I went in and shit when I got them back. He's phoning Boss to see if they can offer an explanation but I made it clear I just want a new pair of trousers.

Oh, and it wasn't even Johnsons - must apologise to the woman I had a row with on the phone earlier!!
