Straight question: Who should play right back against Bolton on Saturday?

I'd prefer Carra myself as I think Bolton away is not the best place to blood a youngster. What do you think?

Exactly right, do hope that Darby gets a chance but i think ideally it will be at home.

There are a number of factors here. The most important are that Carra is our best central defender and hates playing right-back, Sami needs games, and Darby is untried at this level. It's a tough decision alright. All in all, I would expect us to go with Carra and have Darby on the bench.

Carra for me, i want to see darby get his chance but i want the three points tomorrow first and foremost. personally i think carra would have been shifted regardless of degen's injury.

who knows, rafa may pull a wild card and play a 3 5 2, not likely but just a thought.

Almost every time Carra moves out of the centre - either to full back or the bench - we miss his leadership and organisation from there. Whilst playing Darby in a game like this is risky, I think there's a bigger risk in moving Carra out of the heart of the defence.

It is a toughie this one. But, Im sorry we cant give anyone 'a chance.' If we have to re jig its jay at rb with sami taking his place as one of the cb's.

If you cant give a young local lad a chance when your first choice full back is suspended and his sorry excuse for a understudy is injured (again) then when will he ever be given a chance?

If I was Darby I'd be seriously thinking of moving on if I was overlooked tomorrow.
