Yawn...........

Time to get worried when we aren't creating any chanes at all, let alone not converting them. We look like getting goals from all over now. Our options aren't limited to only the strikers.

And how good is it to be the only side in the country with a 100% home record? Balls to Arsenal's records - they never went a whole season winning every home game did they? The future looks good. I can handle us losing at places like OT and the Bridge if we're winning our home games. (Had the Tottenham and Bolton games come later in the season when the team had a bit more unity we probably would have won them aswell)

Good call 50% of our goals this season have come from outside the strikers.

In fact when Rafa first one La Liga Baraja was top scorer that season as he had similar problems with the strikers then as he has now. Obviously when Mista turned up that made his life a lot easier.

There's absoloutly no problem at anfield but away from home our strikers have to improve on keeping the ball so we can get the likes of Garcia into the game more.

My view of yesterday was that Baros again on sheer work rate and commitment to the cause was the best striker, Cisse showed he had pace and when Pongolle came on Cisse and Pongolle looked like a partnership but you have to bear in mind the game was won at that point

We could have scored 10 yesterday and Anfield is again a place to fear.

The one which pisses me off is all this 'Baros doesn't get his head up' or 'Baros doesn't pass'.

Bollocks on both counts. He may be guilty of both on occasion, but it's too easy for people to just jump on those bandwagons and make those statements without actually watching him closely.

Baros' only failing yesterday was poor finishing, and that's not something that bothers me as on another day he'll put them away. It happens.

Also thought Cisse was better, and it just seems to be a bot of a confidence thing with him at the moment. Some of his touches were so heavy it was unbelievable. No player who cost that amount and had his record has a touch that bad, so I'm putting it down to confidence.

He is getting better. Slowly.

To be fair though, the media is full of these parot-like wankers who are too lazy to come up with an original thought or observation. You could on one hand the number of TV pundits who aren't utter twats.
