I've paid my subs for years and am tolerant enough of ads... as long as I can still access content.

 

But am I alone in finding this website increasingly annoying - verging on unreadable - with ads appearing all over the fucking place? At least on my mobile, which is how I usually access TLW.

Do you use a laptop or your phone? I use the phone and while I'm sure there must be ads lurking somewhere, I don't see any.

Check what theme you have at the bottom of the screen. Should be on subscribers

I've had this for a while but have been far too lazy to do anything.

There's a thread on the members forum explaining all this, it's even been made a sticky and is called "if you can see ads". 

 

The subscribers theme has no ads anywhere, so if you have a subscription make sure you select that. If I could set is as default for subscribers I would, but I can't do that so you need to select it yourselves.

I need to renew my membership then. I actually stopped coming on here because all I was getting was ads. It was becoming like the Liverpool Echo.
