Well... It's underhanded, but essentially, unsettling his players after that huge defeat would be the nail in the coffin of Arsenal's challenge on 4th place. I think there would be no coming back, considering the mental fragility of their players.

Of course he's talented. He might not be as good as the hype suggests - youth, injury and the flaws of his club make it hard to tell - but he's patently a very good player.
