Fuck, I would say Gerrard but he gave the ball away throughout the first half. I would say Torres as he CLEARLY wanted to get on the end of it, his visual anger at the quality of service proves that, but he had about two chances... and missed both. I would say Lucas but I'm not sure why. I would say Reina, but he conceded thrice. I would say Cole but only about 30% of what he tried came off. I would say N'Gog but Kean spotted how well he kept our phases of play together in the last game and put him under constant pressue... which he couldn't really cope with. Our play was slow, the movement poor and defending fucking abysmal.

At a real push... I'll plump for Gerrard. He had me believing for all of 30 seconds, but even he can't rescue (RESCUE... AGAINST BLACKBURN!) us every time.

Second Agger

Third Lucas.

We weren't quite as appalling as against Wolves. There's the plus!

1 - Lucas; showed everybody else up tonight because he made breaks into the opposition area as well as tracking all the way back. If you want to ask the players which ones honestly gave their all, then he's the standout.

2 - Gerrard; kept giving the ball away in attacking areas in the first half, and kept taking shit corners. Second half display showed purpose. Really can't add more to that.

3 - Cole; OK he had no end product, but he was another to show a fair amount of purpose. He needs to play much closer to the forward/s, if only to win the ball back when they lose it.

Aldo gave it to Joe cole! He must have been watching a different game to me as he was fucking abysmal. He constantly gave it away and shit out of at least 3 50/50's, as did Konchesky.

I'd reluctantly give it to Gerrard although everyone was dogshit.

I'll go with that.

I can't believe I've seen Johnson mentioned twice' date=' considering he was caught out for at least two of the goals. He had a shocker.[/quote']

Is right. I'd be happy for him never to be entrusted with a Liverpool shirt again. Time for some radical action at our club, starting but not ending with the manager. These failing players on huge wages simply have to be dropped. Johnson the prime, but sadly not the only suspect.

Gerrard the only one who even tried today.

1) Gerrard, scored goal, won the penalty, at least showed he cared. A rose in amongst thorns.

Big gap.

2) Reina, didn't do anything wrong.

3) Lucas, worked hard - but wasn't his best game.
