Ironically, I think the actual vomming is the least funny thing about that.  All the other pissed-up nonsense is just brilliantly observed and painfully familiar.

I remember the first time I watched it and I was already in bulk then he throws up and I think I was on the floor howling. I was a lot younger so probably found it even funnier then but I remember that scene just having me in pieces. I'd put watching it off for ages and ended up watching series 1 and 2 over 2 nights. Genius comedy and like you say, relatable. I actually can't stand Simons character for the most of it.
