Wasn’t that excited about the Solo movie (still not massively excited like with the others) but the trailer looks pretty interesting.

Looking forward to seeing more Lando.

Weird it’s out in only three months also and the general public are only hearing about it now with this trailer release - obviously the focus up to now was TLJ so it makes sense I suppose.

That'll be cos they had to reshoot the entire thing after sacking the original directors and getting Richie Cunningham in.

Once Episode IX is out of the way, I think they'll then be more amenable to creating a (new) expanded universe with fresh characters.

One can understand their reticence given the "mixed" (read: hateful) reception that most of the new characters in The Last Jedi received.

In all seriousness, I can't believe how upset people have got over it. To the point that they keep telling everyone how much they hate it as much as possible. It's ultimately just a movie. It hasn't ruined your childhood, they haven't ruined Episodes IV to VI, they're not paying critics, it doesn't matter if the cast is more diverse.

Let me clear some shit up: I'm not angry about it, I just found it to be incredibly strange and nonsensical. I like the new characters, but I feel like after the first film they had no idea what to do with any of them. I've never been one of those "my childhood has been destroyed" fans as Star Wars is something I never watched until the 90s and it was never that important to me; I just thought they were good films.

I think it's a poor film in general; not just a poor star wars film.

Also I didn't pay to see it.

Also I don't like Pepsi
