That picture has just made my mouth water. I bloody love lamb chops. Not sure about doing them in an air fryer though? I like the char you get from cooking them normally. Other than the nicest cuts of steak, lamb chop is my favourite of any meat. You lucky bastard they look fit.

I was explaining this thread to me dad last week, who’s in the CD league when it comes to culinary masterpieces. He often sends me the weird combinations he has put together with pride at what he has managed to achieve. So here is todays effort. A sea bass and vegetable in a bag meal from Iceland, on toast, with scrambled egg!!!

I love cod....i prefer it battered, fried and served with a fucking mountain of chips and curry or mushy peas....but you have to do the healthy thing too....
