What's the best roast meat?

I find this really hard to decide but I'm hoping that someday someone will invent a chicken which comes complete with crackling.

Lamb is the business as its so juicy but is often fatty, beef is never far off the mark and good because of horseradish, pork comes with crackling and chicken is so consistent. I quite like game too, goose is good especially when the roast spuds are done in the fat, duck is excellent and I love venison too.
