Edit- should add a disclaimer. I don't have gout, but have been taking Naproxen for several years for the inflammation caused by rheumatoid arthritis. It's really helped.

 

Just a small note - you need to take Omeprazole before you’ve eaten, not after.  Preferably not less than 30 mins before.

Sorry for not being clear, I was talking about Naproxen there. The order would be Omeprazole then food then Naproxen, although I only need one Omeprazole a day.
