Thinking the same thing, can't understand that.

Jurisdiction is really really confusing so even if Judge here says one thing there's lots of intricacy on how to remove the injunction placed from another jurisdiction. I'm guessing he's just going over the wording of how he says things that will allow this to happen. Usually rest on technicalities these things.

Yeah, just thought a High Court here would be more powerful than the Texan one and wouldn't have a problem really. Must be confusing though.

It IS powerful. But a court order is a court order. Cannot be neglected that easily unfortunately.

We will see what comes out of this today. A decision tomorrow is not the end of the world. Unless the cunts play another trick tonight, which is very much possible.

Yep, whilst it very much appears that it has no jurisdiction, they still have to go through the process. It's the done thing. When RBS and NESV do so much business there, they can't just say 'fuck it'.

Knowing them they've probably already got something prepared. Just hoping if there's a decision now it's worded so that any other crap they could pull is rendered useless.

Apparently we're looking at a ruling by Mr Justice Floyd by 5pm.

Sachin has confirmation that the owners have no legal team here. Their legal team were contacted and emailed back to say they would be out of the office all afternoon and would not be attending

Incredible you just could not make this shit up. Glad they are not representing me for anything.

I think they did not want to be asked any awkward questions or are distancing themselves from the parasites latest antics.

They're just trying to make out that the high court has no jurisdiction over this now that it's in a tinpot Texas court.

That would be brilliant. Counting on us respecting their courts while totally ignoring ours.
