Snow flurries last night but all the schools are going back and the main roads are clear.

I was in Dublin last Thurdsay night and the pavements were unbelievable.

 

I don't ever remember nearly going on my arse so many times in one night.

 

Going back down on Friday so hopefully it keeps thawing there.

The pre match meeting for stewards is still going ahead, so as far as I know the game as of now is still on.

 

The rain though has made things 10x worse, you can't walk up to the walk way in town from Byrom St without climbing the rails.

If it was proper rain it'd have turned it all to slush. But it was (here on the Wirral at least) just light rain, warming up the top layer slightly and making it more icy.
