Whether Chelsea are the best Premiership team I'm not sure but the facts show that they are the most effective over one season in terms of points.

 

I think a lot of people are judging them on style of play rather than effectiveness.

 

Spanish Fan - a lot of good points there but I have to disagree about Man Utd - IMO they are considerably weaker than for example 99 - much as I hate them that team would have pissed all over that Ch Lge group that they have just finished bottom of.

Yes, they are weaker than in 1999, and that side is my top Manchester United side. Still I think this current Chelsea side is better. Mind you, do not understimate the ability of Villareal and Benfica, the two teams that came on top of United. IMO they are very good sides, one underrated because they have no history and the other because the Portuguess League is considered very weak, thing that I don't agree with.

Know what you are saying but Benfica have been very poor domestically this season.
