The Zeppelin video was the promo for the single release around 1997 (from memory), can't think of many videos that make me want to go and play drums as much as that one, loads of great clips in there.

 

I also voted for Madonna because that video used to give me a stiffy. Thriller just missing out despite having the greatest footage of someone knocking a tree over in history (3mins 13secs into the video).

 

Johnny Cash can get right to fuck.

Thriller is just incredible, isn't it? Legendary artist at the peak of his powers. Amazing director. Vincent Price's verse as the zombies come out of their graves. The pan when she turns around and sees Jackson is a zombie. The 80's analog synth to the synchronized dancing. It's immaculate.

You forgot the bit where he knocks the tree over at 3mins 13secs.
