I'm sick of it being full of apathetic wools. Or apatetic scousers. You're all as bad as each other we are being run into the ground but everyone grins and bears it and pretends we might win the league. Awaits bad rep.

The Academy

With all the rumours regarding Rafa, one of my bigger concerns relates to the Academy. Rafa finally got control of the Academy last summer and I am concerned if Rafa moves on then it will be yet another summer of upheaval at the Academy. I am not sure that any new manager would look to replace the staff but I just wonder whether the likes of Borrell and Segura would stay on regardless. I am not sure, but I understand that Segura only signed a one year contract, is that right? It would be interesting to get the views of those who go to the Academy regularly, like Dave U, on whether they think we are now heading in the right direction under the current regime. The r…

Website threats for Turin match Apr 11 2005 By Adrian Butler Daily Post Staff A FRINGE group of Liverpool FC supporters have used a website to make offensive references to the victims of the Heysel disaster and threats to "tear Turin up". As the first fans begin arriving in Turin today, the remarks were fuelling fears that Liverpool's match against Juventus will be spoiled by off-the-pitch troubles. The Liverpool Urchins Open Forum website has a series of messages which use racist nicknames for Italians and threaten Juventus fans. The messages, littered with expletives, are deeply offensive to the Italian fans who died at Heysel when a stad…

I think it's great to be run as a proper club again. Over the past three months we have seen an ongoing restructuring of the club, the removal of Roy, the appointment of the King, a return to the Liverpoolway of conducting of business behind closed doors, made a record signing in Suarez an what has impressed me more than all... Last nights statement about torres truest being rejected was authoritative and handed him his arse on a plate. The club looks authoritative again. Thanks torres (no more Nandi from me), u can go when it suits us

I would like to know the following statistic if anyone has it to hand: how many games has Cisse started as a striker how many goals were returned in said games I am not interested in when he has started wide right, i'd just like to know the number of those 27 games when he has started as a striker and what he's scored

Liverpool battle with Newcastle to capture prolific Kuyt By Andy Hunter Published: 24 May 2006 The Liverpool manager, Rafael Benitez, has renewed his interest in the Feyenoord forward Dirk Kuyt and will again rival Newcastle United in pursuit of one of European football's most prolific goalscorers. Echoing their courtship of Michael Owen last August, both Liverpool and Newcastle have emerged as the leading candidates to offer the Dutch international the Premiership move he craves but was priced out of last summer, when Feyenoord valued the 25-year-old at €18m (£12.67m). Liverpool, Everton and Tottenham were among several clubs to fail to land the st…

It's a big surprise how badly things have gone for him really. Not the most flattering of pictures either. Looks like he hasn't played in quite a while.

Dunno if anyone else noticed, how good it was to see that the reserve team (against Sunderland) was entirely made up of players who had come up through thwe acadamy, surely this can only be good for the club if these players reach the same calibur as stevie g and owen? Any thoughts?

If anyone is looking to have a dabble on us for the Prem next season , Paddy Power are offering 5/1 via the LFC website. Around double what is on offer elsewhere. I want to weigh in but am such a jinx when I bet on us that I feel I should abstain.
