I can't help but feel it's not that bad in the PL, so it must be style of play or something. Spurs are a decent team, but by the time you get this far into the Europa League, most of teams left are good. Europa League is underrated in terms of quality I feel.

 

Chelsea showed everybody last year that tactics can win you a CL when they clearly weren't the most attractive footballing side. I don't want to say they didn't deserve it, because they won it fair and square, but they definitely played negatively and came out tops. Maybe English clubs are just too naive tactically?

 

Or we're just arrogant and assume the likes of Basle aren't up to much?
