The Danish. Spent a lot of time sailing around Denmark in the 80's and it was funny as hell watching a pub brawl. The Danish law comes down heavily on anyone punching another person but less so with a slap. So you'd see people really winding the old arm up before landing a huge slap which was just as effective as a punch. Might be different now like.
