And I thought last week’s round up was a chore. This one just feels utterly pointless now. I;m on the beach with Brighton and West Ham and I'm just mailing it in now until the season finishes. Virtually everything has been decided other than the title, and that hurts too much to even really think about. It’s still too raw after the way we meekly bowed out of the race. The relegation places are more or less decided. Luton or Burnley still have an outside shot at catching Forest but re

Fulham 1 Liverpool 3 (Apr 21 2024)
We live to fight another day then. Defeat here would have buried us and considering the run we’d been on it wouldn’t have been much of a shock. Fulham is a difficult place to go when they’re at it, but thankfully they weren’t and it was fairly comfortable in the end. The game was still in the balance at half time though so it wasn’t a completely stress free afternoon, but once we got the second goal it was generally without drama and the third goal made it completely safe.
