Get ya dick out, wank all over the picture of Zack efron, pop it in an envelope and hey presto you're ready to post your picture. Don't forget to write the address on the front of the envelope, and maybe a little note detailing why you are sending said picture. Oh and finally you need to put a stamp on the right corner of the envelope, make sure you don't get any cum on the face of the queen or you might find yourself in a bit of trouble.
