I loved the Seach and Destroy games. Sabotage gets kind of dull and ends up too concentrated on one part of the map.

 

S&D and CTF are my cup of tea when it comes to objective but it's all canny.

 

I like the Mosh Pit, it keeps things interesting.

Sab is definitely far too long, it gets boring. Haven't really got into CTF yet, S&D is my favourite objective game. Keeps you on your toes.

 

The FFA's in mosh pit are good but hectic.

Yeah think you have, I've had the game for ages but barely played it since all my mates only have Xbox 360's. I'll check this thread tomorrow and see if any of you are going on it.

 

There is always 3 or 4 from here on at the same time.

I used to be quite involved with this, but I just stopped playing the game completely, probably due to a combination of being busy with other things and me being shite at the game.

 

I've started going on the PS3 more again recently, and I went on Modern Warfare 2 last night for the first time in months. Needless to say it was horrific to start with, I was even worse than usual, but things picked up quicker than expected, and I was really enjoying by the end of the night. I have the stimulus maps, and although I haven't had much of a chance to play them, they do seem quick easy to get the hang of.

 

I am currently playing Red Dead Redemption, but I will try to get on MW2 some more, and I'll be on it a lot once I complete RDR. So I'll probably be joining you lot in the clan again soon, if that's alright.

Even worse when you are in an area where you normally plant a claymore, forgetting you don't have them, throw a semtex instead, forgetting that you have them, wait for a bit, hear the beep beep beep before be blown to kingdom come by your own equipment. Don't know how many times I've done this...

 

Worst semtex fail I've ever had was on a game of S&D on Highrise many moons ago. Last round, last alive, bomb planted at A, me to defuse. I throw semtex toward A after I'd got a hit marker with a stun, semtex sticks to mesh wiring on fence, Allan walks next to said fence and has his head blown off by his own semtex, losing the round and the game for the team.

Haha, nice to do that in front of an audience too. Yeah I've thrown a few grenades so far but not yet killed myself.

Yes, I got duly and deservedly ripped in the lobby after the game.

 

I can't throw fucking frags or semtex to save me life. The best thing I've found for semtex is when you get into the little knife dance with an oppo, instead of continuing said dance, just throw the semtex to the ground, taking both yourself and him out of the equation.
