I'd have a go myself but would have to decline for several reasons. The most important one being that I'm not available, but a major one being that I'm utter shite (the Huyton Itanje). Even though I did have one happy memory of playing in goal at the Pitz 10 years ago with some work mates against a JMU/Mauritian exchange select team and kept them down to single figures in a 37-9 win. I'm far better left back (in the changing room) anyway (sorry, stole that one from Hermes joke book).

That'll be longer odds than that Glen. I average one about every two seasons; but when they come they are corkers. I can safely say that one of the best goals I've ever seen at our level was one I netted. Deft chipover the keeper from about five yards from the byline and five yards from the side of the area.
