LATEST NEWS: keeper crisis

What about Patrice Luzi? Does anyone know where he is these days?

What about Frankie Lane? (The dead singer, obviously. A much safer bet than his namesake - our former reserve keeper of the early 70's).

I'd have a go myself but would have to decline for several reasons. The most important one being that I'm not available, but a major one being that I'm utter shite (the Huyton Itanje). Even though I did have one happy memory of playing in goal at the Pitz 10 years ago with some work mates against a JMU/Mauritian exchange select team and kept them down to single figures in a 37-9 win. I'm far better left back (in the changing room) anyway (sorry, stole that one from Hermes joke book).

Ask Howie Kendall to ask Big Gay Bill to ask Stallone. He was ok, in a slow motion kind of way, in Escape to Victory. However, seeing as he last played in goal 17 years before I last did, the keeper options are basically fucked.

David Moyes PM'd me just before saying Tim Howard was available to play for us at the weekend.

Apparently, the blueshite don't want to risk shattering his confidence in case West Ham are awarded a penalty.

I turned him down.

Good try Andy but I reckon you're just helping Pete cover up his "unwritten agreement" that he wouldn't play you.

0-1 Monty.

Get on it a bobhorsebetfred.com....... 63-1

That'll be longer odds than that Glen. I average one about every two seasons; but when they come they are corkers. I can safely say that one of the best goals I've ever seen at our level was one I netted. Deft chipover the keeper from about five yards from the byline and five yards from the side of the area. Beauty.
