Liverpool have announced changes to three of their fixtures in December for live TV coverage.

The home clash with Manchester United has been put back 24 hours to Sunday December 16 (1.30pm) and the away trip to Manchester City will now take place on Sunday December 30 (4pm). Both games will be televised live by SKY TV.

Because of the change to the Manchester City game, our scheduled fixture with Wigan on New Year's Day has now been put back to Wednesday January 2, 2008 (8pm).

Setanta Sports have also selected a Liverpool game for live coverage during the month and will be showing our away game at Reading on December 8 (5.15pm).

Well I hope nobody's booked travel for these games.

Also, I can't understand why we've agreed for the Reading game to be put back when we play away in Marseille 3 days later. Doesn't make sense.

The plus side to that is that there's no early kick off on New Year's Day this year, so no getting out of bed at daft O'Clock in the morning.

Two of Liverpool's Barclays Premier League fixtures in March have today been rescheduled for television coverage.

The Reds’ trip to Crystal Palace will now take place on Sunday March 6, kicking off at 1.30pm. Sky Sports will broadcast the match.

Jürgen Klopp’s team will welcome Chelsea to Anfield on Sunday March 13 at 4pm, with Sky Sports also showing this game.

The home clash with the Londoners is subject to change further, depending on Liverpool’s progress in the FA Cup.

A change to the kick-off time for the meeting with Aston Villa on Sunday February 14 has also been confirmed – from 1.30pm to 2.05pm.

BT Sport will televise Manchester City’s visit to Anfield on Wednesday March 2, but the date and time of the 8pm kick-off remains unchanged.
