Ballack's free kick against Austria. He might be a prick playig for Chelsea, but he is a damn good player and given that I wanted Germany to win this whole thing, it was a crucial goal. I just love the way he twatted fuck out of it, no fancy ball-curling or anything, just 'FUCK-OFF!' Brilliant.

Am I being a bit of a fool or what? That photo can't be real. And since when is there a 4 foot player on Turkey's team? My favourite moment is the one in the future when he scores the winner in the final with his head and banishes all that build up of tormenting cruelty he's suffered for being so wee, most notably those painful college years and the toilet head flushing incidents, and all the bullies from his past come down on to the pitch, crying and saying, "Well done. Oh, well done," and then they probably realise that all the bullying was due to supressed gayness and they run off to Mexico to sip cocktails and bum one another. That's the one I'm going to tell my kids about.
