Everything I've seen from Dubois makes me think he's going to be The heavyweight champion of the world, and Joyce really, really looks tailor made for him.

 

That said, Adam Booth is no fool. I suppose they think better to fight him now, than later - they also probably reckon with Joyce being an absolute medical marvel - 6-6, 260lbs, boundless stamina, crazily acrobatic- that he may be able to smother DDD and walk him down.

 

I don't think Joyce will be able to stand up to the absolute thunder that Dubois throws and his perfect jab, but if Joyce's chin holds up, we're in for the Fight of the Year.

If Joyce can cope with the Dubois power , then we will get a good test of Daniel's stamina , as he has looked great but the opposition has been relatively poor. If Dubois walks through Joe it moves him up the heavyweight firmament quite significantly.

Taylor's gone to Top Rank and is being managed by MTK but as you say it wasn't amicable but the McGuigans must be doing something dodgy as Frampton has taken them to court. Shane's a good trainer but needs be separate from the business side as he's losing top fighters down to contractual disputes and not his ability as a trainer.
