They were granted the injunction because if I recally correctly one of the holding companies involved in this, can't remember which, is registered in Delaware Texas, injunction will stand as LFC is the asset of that company registered in Texas.

I would think so, unless there is something odd about the registration of the club that we don't know. I'm less sure about the lawsuit. Though that's a ridiculous figure, I don't think they are bound by UK law in the same way. They would be doing very well to win that case though given the High Court's ruling, which acts as a strong piece of evidence even in a civil case.

The below image is what I was holding above my head when we walked out the court. When Purslow turned to me in the court room and said 7-0 to us, I passed him a copy of the below image which was passed along the Liverpool legal bench. It even got a smile from Broughton.

 

Today was the first time I have had a drink in just under three years, but it was worth the wait.

 

I love you all.

strange that they name NESV as a defendant, how could they be involved in wrong doing? and an interesting part is the selling at 250m which is approx. the outstanding debt leaving the owners with nothing....no mention of losing 144m.
