IMO as it stands this is our strongest line up

We really have problems on the left, i've noticed Holland playing Kuyt on left aswell, although Kuyt is not my favorite was saying last season too that his work rate and defensive attributes would be good to help Insua who is a bit of a liability. Jovanovic on left maybe?

 

I doubt very much our line up be anything like this next season, personally i think Johnson is a pathetic defender much rather see him in advanced role with the impressive Kelly featuring more. Suppose it all depends on who is leaving this summer, as we do need to desperately sort out the left hand side and get some back up for Torres.

 

Anyways just curious to know as it stands what people think is out strongest line up, i'm sure it will differ quite a bit?

thats probably our best available matchday 18, pacheco and insua could be there I suppose.

We badly need a left back and left winger, and back up striker, if we get them we'll be fine yossi moey hopefully and Riera and a bit of wheeling and dealing by Roy, I'd be happy to go out of the Europa league early, as i think a decent 22 man squad with a couple of additions we'll have that we'll be decent domesticly this season.

Maxi on the left seriously? he was awful and so was the team whenever Rafa played him there but as soon as he got put on the right did a lot better and we looked a lot better going forward,

Kuyt or Jovanovic depending on whos playing well could be the left winger with the other being back up to Torres whilst not in starting line up

The reality is if we ddint lose any of our key players and the manager could focus the players on playing football and not worrying about the club not about to implode and go into an Abyss then we could challenge for the title are squad is better than Utd at this present time but I bet it wont be by the time the season starts
