Riot cops last night

Our fans just wanted to have a good time, enjoy the weekend, have a few scoops and a good sing song and that was acknowledged on the program.

 

Their lot were just interested in baiting scousers and finding trouble.

Nothing new there then :)

Yeah, I watched it last night, and I was pleasantly surprised by the good light and portrayal that Liverpool fans were shown in. I was really expecting the usual "anti-scouse/Liverpool fans are trouble" representation. The United fans were deffo the ones looking for and causing the trouble...some of the incidents looked quite nasty, but there was no real reports of any throuble on the news immediately after the game itself, was there?

Was there the night before myself, saw one kick off and quite a few riot police. luckily i then got friendly with one of the local slappers and back to the hotel it was!

 

On the day/after the game there was the usual match day crap, but there only seemed to be reds about the main street all bevvying and singing.

Have to say, after recent BBC portrayals of our fans I was also expecting a hatchet job, but was also pleasantly surprised.
