Just called up for man ure tickets given that i attended the man city match using my fancard. I wanted and adult & child ticket only to be told i had to have 2 fancards - i told the kid that i only had one fancard - dont see the need for my 9 year old to need one yet - i explained to the kid on the phone that i booked 2 tickets for the man city on my card and it should be the same but the kid was having none of it

Its shit whats the point on trying to get tickets - i can understand if it was 2 adults but christ dad & lad - it stinks

You need to read the small print:

 

 

"Only one ticket per match will be recorded on your Fan Card, e.g. should you only have 1 Fan Card and purchased 2 tickets on General Sale, you will only be entitled to purchase 1 Ticket for future priority sales".

My cousin is 10 and has a had a fancard for aaaaaaages. We always get adult and child, it seems common sense to me.

i dont know about making sense - i usually score my tickets from a variety of sources but when the need arises i will get tickets for me and the lad from the club

 

yes maybe i should be aware of the smallprint etc etc and i do see the need for 1 ticket per fancard for adults but for dad and lad i dont. my son of 9 isnt going to buy a ticket for me is he? say he was 14 i could imagine him being classed as needing his own fancard.
