In a world Championship semi-final only needing 3 snookers? One of the best safety players in the business? And he should just throw the towel in? 

If it was within 5 frames of the end I'd say something but he was 3 frames up at 10.7 and Ronnie wasn't looking good.

He was well within his rights to try. They should bring in a rule say 10 points over achievable and its frame over.
