Just been handed a bag of potato flour and a bag of "Fine Cake Matzo Meal". It's some kind of Kosher stuff. I have absolutely no idea what to do with it - any ideas?

The potato flour is used for making bread and pancakes and the Matzo meal is used like breadcrumbs for coating fish, etc

Because I work with a retailer and these are samples or something I guess, dunno. Someone just plonked them on my desk and said if anyone would know what to do with them I would.

 

Apparently the Matzo stuff is just wheatflour.

Smoked salmon is ace. There's some taste the difference style shit half price in sainsbury's now. Get on it. Sadly the potato flour would fuck with my sixpack though.

They use it in everything in Bolivia and it tastes terrible
