Agree with that. I'd expect the last three tracks to tail off, but it starts going downhill midway through. They seem at their best when writing simple songs with a singalong chorus.

These polls are always very contemporary and this one especially narrow to Hollywood blockbusters. I often think a true benchmark is how films like Seven Samurai, Some Like it Hot, 2001, It's a Wonderful Life, Rear Window etc are referenced, parodied or reworked.

It's had a fair mauling on most of the music sites I visit. Unless it's a great departure musically I'm not sure I'm too interested in another Mike Skinner album.
