Adware showing in Google searches

Whenever I search for something in Google I'm getting adware links. They're easy enough to spot as they are the one's that mcafee doesn't give a a green tick site advisor rating for but instead give a question mark.

Never the less I am worried about this as I use my credit card details online quite often.

My Mcafee scan says the system is clean so I'm fucked for advice there.

This is the site I get redirected to

analytics-search.com/index.php?search=cineworld (with http infront of it obviously)

Does anyone have any advice for a complete novice at this sort of thing?

Any instructions would have to be easily followed!

Have you scanned with a malware scanner? If not then the usual tools are...

Malwarebytes.org It's free as an on demand scanner.

SUPERAntiSpyware.com - AntiAdware, AntiSpyware, AntiMalware!

Download, install and update both programs (if you haven't already).

SpywareBlaster® | Prevent spyware and malware. Free download. prevention software.

After downloading it, update then enable all protection. You need to update and enable this software manually, about every 2-3 weeks (price for freeware).
