No it is first professional appearance not International cap @Alex_K so he won't count I'm afraid you'll have to pick again

I had a look at Popescu. Couldn't find an exact debut date for him. Wiki says he made 2 league appearances in the 84/85 season, but I cannot find the dates for these games.

 

Transfermarkt has his European debut in September of the 85/86 season.

Yeah i looked at that but his wiki page has him in the first team from 85-90 for Universitatea Craiova so his debut must have been in 85, he was part of the youth set up before.
