Interesting to see that Brookwell and Hill are likely to be involved for the 23s later today - They kick off at 15:00, so cannot be shown live due to the stupid outdated rule.

 

Not seen anything of Stephenson or Wilson, but good to see more of the Under 16's lads getting involved with the 18s so early.

Yes, Wilson listed as a right back on Transfermarkt.

 

Luca Stephenson by all accounts - Midfielder signed from Sunderland.

 

Brookwell looked in some discomfort last time out, but was able to walk off in the end. Suppose he's not quite recovered in time. Mr. Hunter will tell us soon enough.

 

Be interesting to see who turns out for the 23s later, as you'd assume a fair number of the 23s squad will be in the reckoning for the League Cup squad for the game against Arsenal on Wednesday evening.

 

The offal's training pics showed a few of the 23s in training with the first team: Chirivella, Elliott, Jones, Kane & Neco Williams. Kelleher there too, but he always trains with the first team these days.

No. He's not ready. Needs more time in the 23s. Get some good games under his belt.

 

Looks really nervous every time I've seen him play. You can see in flashes that he's got something about him, just needs to settle down, control his nervousness and cut out the sloppy mistakes.
