Selling Kewell now will be the stupidest thing Rafa has ever done.

 

Mark my words: Harry is going to play his best football ever next season and I will be mighty pissed off if he does that in a Villa or Spurs shirt.

Malouda is also much more physically able to cope with the Premiership than that short arse. Simao would be a decent buy, but he won't be the game changer people are looking for. Not that Malouda would be either, but given the choice I think Benitez likes Malouda's physical attributes and the fact that he is a real athlete, something we have lacked in the games we have been overrun by Chelsea.

Yeah, Id agree with that, not that Id necessarily want Malouda as first choice, but he certainly fits the Rafa 'blueprint' on player type....grafts, physically strong, good work rate, gets up and down.....maybe not the world beating tricky winger we were hoping for but a much better option than we have now and much more physically robust than Kewell.
