Assuming as nobody has picked him the consensus will be no, however, he was player manager so effectively made an appearance under himself. I think he should be available.

Messy double post, but second post is Ranieri's start date at Valencia (Sep 20 1997) and first post are Romarios 6 games (Oct 15 to Nov 16 97)
