Ace trip, lovely place, lovely people and the Brazilians were sound as well. sad that when the England brain dead bellends get there, they'll fuck it up.

For those wondering, Broudie was told to play 3 lions and not that he wanted to.

Good stuff. At least the Brazilians were good losers too.

The locals were well into us. Was that purely based on Salah or was their other reasons as well?

The Brazilians were spot on, well outnumbered scousers but Liverpool fans well outnumbered them.Speaking to them in the hotel they were well appreciative of how good we were, but pointing out to them that they had 3 weeks to prepare didn't make for happy hearing, considering they called out 70 odd games in a season as the reason why they looked so dead on their feet, but they were sound non the less.

Its only when you go to this type of game that you appreciate how big our world wide fan base is, like Istanbul - thousands of reds from around the world and with Doha being a flight hub to the east, it was kind of inevitable that we would have so many far-a-field fans, which set itself up nicely for the three teams in the ground on Saturday - Liverpool, Flamengo and Team Salah. Mo is like the Arabian David Beckham out there for mass hysteria. Funny but disturbing, fellas waving at him during the game thinking he was going stop playing and let on, was a sight to behold.
