  1. Massively overstating a case? Rico- I'm kind of broadly in agreement with a lot of what you post on this thread, but you go way too far. The Hoylyood no confidence vote is for Yousaf, not the government- it needn't collapse it. The Cass report isn't the main or only reason Yousaf dissolved the coalition. He's an awful politician who's a massive downgrade on Sturgeon and has massively fucked up because he doesn't command the control she did over a fractious party.
  2. It just doesn't fit with his usual self-deprecatingly humble demeanor.
  3. Nice, looks like my first edition copy is going to be really rare and valuable once the other 2,772 copies get pulped.
  4. It's almost as if some black guy got to be president, the good ol' boys kicked back and some utter cunt succeeded him.
  5. The fact they've released that suggests they actually think it was a 'good process' by the lads.
  6. What an absolute mess this is. Never mind the dreadful comms and leading the referee to a decision, how they can pretend offside decisions are in any way accurate is ridiculous. There was a (nerd) discussion about the limits of VAR accuracy after one of Dave's reports- the consensus was 4-6 inches at best, I'm not even sure if it's that good judging by how the frame was picked and the lines drawn here. Scrap it, now.
  7. Could be that they know things are just going to get much worse, yeah.
  8. Veritasium's an interesting Youtuber with some really good content. The videos often have a fair amount of maths in them, but it's accessible pop science rather than really heavyweight stuff and it's usually explained very well. A few good ones I've watched recently during idle moments at work-
  9. They are nice. The tomato and basil and sour cream and chive ones are good too.
  10. Hahaha, Jesus. Looking back over the last couple of pages, you really don't like being called out, do you? It might have helped if you could spell this fella's name correctly- it's Feinstein, not Finkelstein you absolute idiot- and no one's mocking him, he's just wrong to assume this is the Mossad account. Equally pointing out that you're wrong, doesn't imply support for Israel in any way, shape or form, it just means I think you're a thick bellend.
  11. Yep, it's not the official Mossad account. I know I'm going to regret wondering what the stupid bastard was posting, but fuck it, it's a slow day at work. Two replies to the first Tweet Gnasher posted point out that it's not Mossad itself- As does several other articles, easily found with a 10 second Google- https://www.haaretz.com/israel-news/2018-01-02/ty-article/revealed-who-really-operates-the-mossad-twitter-handle/0000017f-debb-d3a5-af7f-febf17d90000 https://www.jpost.com/omg/the-mossad-twitter-account-that-fooled-the-world-522644 There's more than enough lies and gaslighting coming from Israel and its supporters to avoid diluting things with nonsense like this. But as I pointed out earlier in the thread, actually thinking and doing a little bit of fact checking is far too hard for Gnasher when he can just copy and paste endless spam and pompously assume he's some kind of white knight rather than a fat drunken moron stuck on Twitter for 12 hours a day.
  12. That looks great, lovely views. Where about is it, somewhere in Ireland (sorry if I've missed it earlier in the thread)? Edit: decided to stop being lazy and found it a few pages back-
  13. What an utter wanker. No wonder that club is a complete basket case and constantly went through managers.
  14. I'm sure that'll improve immeasurably when they sack an additional 70,000 civil servants.
  15. Sounds like he could slot right in. BRB, just off to kill myself.
  16. The last time I was as angry at a game was the 2-0 loss at Anfield in the 20/21 season. Similarly gutless performance- especially after the earlier Goodison game when Pickford assaulted van Dijk- in the middle of an absolute horror show of games (6 home games lost in a row, wasn't it?). I think it took us another month to get back on track. Obviously it's too late anyway, but this squad really need to step up now otherwise this season will go down in infamy.
  17. At least it might make others think twice if he tries to pull a similar stunt.
  18. Oh dear, that's a real shame- https://www.theguardian.com/culture/2024/apr/25/laurence-fox-ordered-to-pay-90000-pounds-to-two-people-he-called-paedophiles
  19. Happy birthday. I was wondering why there was a worldwide candle shortage.
  20. We actually looked most dangerous when he deigned to overlap on the right during a spell in the second half, but for a while around the 70 minute mark, he was almost playing at left back. Very odd, as was the way we didn't target Everton's left when Mykolenko was hobbling towards the end of the first half. I appreciate he's not long back from a lengthy injury, but this inverted full back tactic has to die. It doesn't help the team, and neuters Salah who was completely isolated for much of the game last night.
  21. Normally she'd sink a couple of litres.
