Rodo referred to it in his interview on .tv yesterday, City, Barca, Sporting Lisbon, Milan etc will be in it so it sounds like most of the top clubs.

Man City are starting to make even Chelski seem like a proper club...

MANCHESTER CITY are on the verge of scrapping their reserve team.

City currently have what’s called an Elite Development Squad, a side of mainly under-21s in the Barclays Premier Reserve League North.

But City chiefs feel it will be more beneficial to follow the route Tottenham have taken, and next season will instead loan out all their top young players.

City finished second to Manchester United in their reserve section last season but it’s felt that the players need to play a higher standard of football to make an impact in their first-team squad.

Executives Brian Marwood and Garry Cook are away on holiday, but once they return the subject will be one of their top priorities for discussion.

Vladimir Weiss, who was sent out on loan last year, is set to become the highest profile name to go on loan again as Espanyol aim to sign him.

But others, including Ben Mee, Kieran Trippier, Javan Vidal and Andrew Tutte, could join Football League clubs on loan.

I'm really excited about this new tournament. In fact I've never been so excited about our academy and our ressies. It's incredibly positive.

If Norwich don't want Pacheco send him there to

Absoluteley spot on. Could do a lot worse than Norwich. Good club. They play good football and never know when to give up. Ridiculous amount of late goals saw them promoted.

Ask anyone who has come up against them and all will tell you the same thing. They play at a hell of a pace and keep it going for the full 90, Their fitness levels are silly. Hence why so many late wins. Would be a great move for Suso in his developement.

The lack of games he had this year is a reason for a slight stagnation. I'd love for him to get a loan move next season to somewhere like Blackpool that'll get him playing football.

I don't know where you get the lack of games from. He was ever present all season.
