I dont no if theres another thread but,could someone explain if ive got this right,say we sell the club for 350 mill would that mean they would share a profit of 113 mill after they have paid that 237 off ,or do they owe more money out somewhere else,and how would an investor broker a deal would they have to pay for part of the debt to,im just confused as how it would work out

we won't know if they owe any more until the most recent accounts are produced

 

but yes from what i understand: £200m on Kop Holdings and £37m on the club

 

they want circa £450m so they would clear £100m profit each (seeing as they have yet to invest any of their own hard cash - only putting up 'collateral' for guarantees)

Didn't SOS leaflet say there was 345m debt?
