Some other fighters would say it's already unfair that this guy has been able to pump himself full of growth hormone and steroids for the last 15 years before entering into MMA to compete against those who haven't done that. Even so he's ridiculously strong and powerful. I just think there's a bit of a grey area here with him competing in MMA after being involved in strongman where GH and steroids are knocked back like vitamins.

That's what i think. I reckon he benches 85K tops which is actually rather shit. Still it's enough for the little wanker to take his shirt off and show off. He's a poseur. Very talented guy. Used to love a Bit of Fry and Laurie..that was class. And that nutty General in Blackadder is a classic character. He should have got an award for that. QI is one of my favourite shows nowadays too.

No he wasn't, he was rated one of Spain's best young players, had been the best player at Sociedad and helped them finish 2nd, and was already an international who'd been watched by a host of top clubs. I don't think he'd do well here and he'd probably end up filling in on the right of midfield which is actually where he spent a good part of the last season playing. At full-back i can't help thinking he's not defensively solid enough for Rafa so i'll be surprised if we're in for him, especially at 15M plus but we'll see.

I always thought he was the poor man's Dalglish. And he is clearly a complete fucking knobhead as well. The only time i ever thought he was half decent was when he launched himself at that cockney cunt at Selhurst Park. And even then he couldn't even get that right. He sort of stumbled over the advertising board when he should have jumped over it and absolutely smashed the fuck out of the guy. Fuck his fucking bullshit film as well.

I don't know who he's bringing in but the youth team and reserves are full of players he signed. He's been here 5 years now so i don't think he should be blameless if the set up is failing. Ablett was appointed by Rafa to coach reserves that are full of players he brought to the club so when it goes tits-up he shouldn't escape blame. Maybe his own role regarding recruitment,coaching and scouting of young players needs looking at as well.

True, Lansbury has been playing in League 1..Wilshere played first team football pre-season. None of our lads are really anywhere near that stage of development.
